CLASS BOOKING POLICY

Booking
One person is allowed per ticket. No extra guests are permitted. There are no refunds or cancellations only reschedules are allowed.

Rescheduling
Reschedules are permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid forfeiting your session.

Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be shortened or forfeited.

Parking
Free parking is available on the street and along the side of the building. Do not park in “No Parking” zones, and please secure your vehicle. Arrive early to ensure you find a parking spot.

Food & Beverages
Outside food is not allowed. Charcuterie and champagne may be added to your appointment for an additional fee. Add-ons must be requested at least 72 hours in advance by contacting 313-992-5972.
